UK Delivery

I aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 days and I will send them via Royal Mail.

International Delivery

I am currently only delivering within the UK. I will be adding international delivery in the near future. If you are outside of the UK and still keen to order then please get in touch and I can look into postage rates for you.

Returns

I hope that you love your order, however if it’s not quite as you expected, I gladly accept returns and offer exchanges. If you wish to return your order please contact me within 14 days of delivery and let me know that you’d like to make a return.

If you are returning cards that are not faulty, then unfortunately I cannot refund the cost of returning the cards to me, or the original postage cost. I will only refund the cost of the returned items.

Before returning any item, I ask that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it. Please ensure you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.

In the event of any orders being lost or damaged in the post then please get in touch and I will either give you a refund or send you a replacement order.
